Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Charmander Media LLC collects, uses, shares and safeguards information when you use our website and the Charmander Media adtech optimization platform.

Who we are

Charmander Media LLC ("Charmander Media", "we", "us" or "our") operates the Charmander Media platform and the website at charmandermedia.com (together, the "Platform"). Charmander Media is an adtech optimization company: we add a data and automation layer on top of the marketing channels our customers already run, including paid media, SEO, email marketing and influencer marketing.

We act as the data controller for information about you when you visit our website or contact us, and as a data processor for customer data — including campaign, audience and performance data — that our customers connect to the Platform from their own marketing channels and ad platforms.

If you have any question about this Privacy Policy, contact us through Telegram (@fran_ibe) or by email at the address listed in the Contact section below.

02

Information we collect

We collect only what the Platform needs to work and to be improved. The categories are:

  • Account and contact data — name, work email, company, role and any details you type into a demo or contact request.
  • Channel and integration data — credentials, identifiers, campaign structures, creatives, spend, rankings, engagement and performance metrics that you authorize the Platform to read from your marketing channels.
  • Insight and automation data — the audit results, recommendations, rules and automation runs generated for your account.
  • Technical and usage data — IP address, device and browser information, pages and features viewed, clicks, and logs of Platform activity.
  • Communications — messages, support requests and feedback you send us.

We do not collect special categories of personal data (such as health, biometric or political data) and we do not knowingly collect data about children.

03

How we use information

  • To provide, operate and maintain the Platform, including connecting your channels and running audits.
  • To generate tailored insights and recommendations across your funnel, from creative changes to billing or payment-method adjustments.
  • To run the automations you configure, and to monitor that they behave as instructed.
  • To secure the Platform: detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse and misuse.
  • To communicate with you about service status, changes, support and billing.
  • To develop and improve features, models and benchmarks that power the optimization layer.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to enforce our Terms & Conditions.
05

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it only in the following ways:

  • Service providers — hosting, storage, analytics, email, support and payment partners that process data on our instructions under written agreements.
  • Marketing channels and ad platforms you connect — the Platform sends actions and reads data only for the channels you authorize, under your own agreements with those providers.
  • Your organisation — where you are a member of a customer account, the data you submit is visible to that account's administrators.
  • Professional advisers and authorities — to meet legal, regulatory, tax or audit obligations, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect our rights, safety and property.
  • Corporate transactions — in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, customer data may be transferred as part of that deal, subject to this Privacy Policy.
06

Data retention

We keep account data while your account is active, and channel, insight and automation data for the life of the subscription plus a reasonable period for backup, audit and legal purposes. Aggregated, anonymized benchmarks that cannot be linked back to you or to your organisation may be retained indefinitely.

You may ask us to delete your account or a customer workspace at any time. We will then remove or anonymize your personal data unless we must keep it for a legitimate purpose, such as tax records or an unresolved dispute.

07

International data transfers

Charmander Media serves marketing teams all over the world, so data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we use recognized safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism approved by the relevant authority.

08

Security

We protect data with technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk: encryption of data in transit, access controls and least-privilege roles, scoped and encrypted channel credentials, activity logging, and regular review of our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a security incident affects your personal data, we will notify the affected customers and, where required, the competent authority, without undue delay.

09

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; to withdraw consent at any time; to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; and, in some regions, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data or of automated decision-making.

To exercise a right, contact us through Telegram (@fran_ibe) or the email below. We may need to verify your identity first. Where a request concerns data inside a customer workspace, we will route it to that workspace's administrator.

10

Cookies and tracking

The website uses strictly necessary cookies to keep the session working and to remember your preferences, and optional analytics cookies to understand which pages and features are used. You can accept or reject optional cookies through the banner on the site, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

11

Children

The Platform is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Platform and the law evolve. The current version and its last-updated date are always published at this address. If changes are material, we will tell you in a prominent way — for example by email or an in-product notice — before they take effect.
